Eydenn Host Terms
Version 2026-06
By submitting a host application, you agree to the following terms. Eydenn is a selective, quality-controlled platform: no property is published without Eydenn's validation.
1. Commission
Eydenn charges a commission on each confirmed booking (12% during launch, then 15% standard / 18% Signature). The host receives the amount net of commission.
2. Monthly payout
Hosts are paid once a month, only on confirmed and completed bookings, after deduction of the Eydenn commission and any refunds, cancellations or disputes.
3. Quality & accurate information
- Provide accurate information about the property, rooms, prices and availability.
- Provide real, non-misleading photos.
- Keep availability up to date.
- No fake or duplicate listings.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You must define clear cancellation conditions and honor the applicable refund rules.
5. Eydenn controls (pause & suspension)
Eydenn may pause a property or suspend a host in case of breach, in particular:
- inconsistent prices;
- availability not honored;
- false information;
- misleading photos;
- repeated cancellations;
- poor communication;
- unresolved disputes;
- unacceptable behavior;
- suspected fraud.
A paused property is immediately removed from the public site; the host is notified with the reason and may correct and request a new review.
6. Communication with travelers
- Reply to important requests within 24 to 48 hours.
- Provide accurate information before the stay.
- Honor the conditions displayed (price, room, policy).
- No hidden fees charged on arrival.
The following are grounds for pause or suspension: fees added on arrival, a room different from the listing, no response, or refusing a confirmed booking.
7. Validation
Every property is submitted for review and only goes live once validated by Eydenn.
